XIXARITO PALO CORTADO

Sparkling Wine made according to the “traditional method” or “champenoise method”. Brut Nature. Gran Reserva (2018 vintage) with Macabeu, Xarel.lo, Parellada and Palo Cortado varieties (35 years old in 100-year-old barrels). Intense golden color. Fine and elegant bubble with delicate crown and good rosary formation. In the mouth it is fresh, round, and deep on the palate. On the nose it has notes of dried fruits, roasted wood and small saline notes that give the wine a fantastic character.
