When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Vilafranca del Penedes. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and will be shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, wait 3 to 5 business days to process your orders and it will take between 3-5 business days within Spain, 5 to 7 business days for the rest of the European community, 12 and 20 business days for the delivery in the United States, and between 15 and 30 business days other international destinations (depending on location).
Will I be charged taxes and customs?
The prices shown on our site are tax-free in Euro, which means you may need to pay customs duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, and is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department.
